We will contact you if your order cannot be shipped within 24 hours after placing an order. Orders placed online before 12:00 noon Pacific Standard Time (PST) are typicallyprocessed and shipped the same day. Some exceptions apply.

In the unlikely event that the product you ordered is out of stock we will contact you ASAP by email with possible substitute models and colors and/or a date when the product will be shipping.

Credit card payments are processed the day of shipment. Customized product orders are billed when product case modifications begin. International orders may require a few days prior to ship date to confirm the Address Verification Status (AVS) with your issuing bank.

We offer UPS and USPS on our online shopping cart. We ship from San Diego, California (lower left hand corner). Please refer to the UPS shipping map below to decide your best shipping method.

We offer Postal Service shipping to primarily service our friends and customers in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, in the military with APO and FPO addresses and for international orders. We do not limit others from using this service, but please do not rely on Priority mail as a means to get faster delivery. In most situations they are able to deliver in 2-3 days, but please note that their service is NOT guaranteed and they do not offer package tracking with this service. Don't hesitate to send us an email if you need your order by a certain date. We can let you know if we anticipate any problems meeting your request.

You can also have yor order shipped using your own shipping account with UPS, FedEx, DHL, Emory, etc. Please reply to the order confirmation email you receive after placing the order to send your shipper account number, desired service level (how fast) and any other information necessary for us to use your account. We will deduct the shipping from the invoice when processing your credit card and only bill you for the products on your order

We can also ship COD when choosing UPS. Simply reply to the order confirmation email requesting that we ship COD. Additional COD charges of $7.50 will be added to your order and your credit card will not be charged. COD orders that are refused by the receiver will be billed and charged for any shipping and COD charges we incur.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We strive to offer the best possible service. In the unfortunate event that you have to return merchandise to us, please help us expedite your request by following these simple instructions:

It Is Not Necessary To Call For Permission To Return Merchandise
if you are returning merchandise which is in original condition. Custom orders may not be returnable. Please contact us regarding the return of customized products.

1. When we receive the return, we will determine the action to take from the information given on the form. A 10% Restocking fee may apply**.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF THE MERCHANDISE.

2. Attach a copy of your invoice.

3. Please include a brief explanation regarding the return.

4. If you wish to exchange merchandise and the amount of the exchange exceeds the amount of the return, please include a check, money order or credit card info with the expiration and CVV.

5. We will reimburse reasonable ground shipping costs when the problem was our fault. We will not reimburse packaging, handling, pick-up or air shipping costs. Use UPS ground whenever possible. ** Re-stock fee does NOT apply for returns that are OUR fault.
