Kits - Mounts right onto case without extra hardware

Panel Kits - Panel Kits are used
when stored equipment needs to be kept protected even when the
case is open. Panel Kits are installed by the end user. These
two plates are made of .063 brush aluminum and come with screws,
one perimeter gasket and O-Rings for the screws, to waterproof
the bottom portion of your case. Note: the SE1220 panel kit does
not require O-Rings for its screws.
Both panels can have custom cutouts installed by us according
to your specifications. The customer specified cutouts are used
to install electronic readouts, buttons, switches and other control

We are the only Watertight Case supplier that offers Watertight
Wire Seals installed on protective cases. Watertight Wire Seals
are most often used to run a lipstick camera cable from a video
camera in a case through the wall mounted on the head to take
video while surfing, kayaking, snorkeling, snowboarding, etc.
The case is then mounted to a Gexar Lumbar Pack (shown below)
to secure the case to the body and allow for freedom of movement.

Pre-Scored Customizable Foam Sets |

| Customized: Molded, Die Cut
and Hand Crafted Foam Sets |
| We specialize in designing, specing,
and customizing foam inserts for our cases. We can supply you with
a foam set, customized to your exact specifications, for small 10-20
piece orders (for anything less 10, you're probably better off with
a Pre-Scored Customizable foam set, unless presentation is very important)
to huge OEM product roll-outs requiring our cases. Whatever the
project may be, you can rest assured we'll present you with a nice
variety of options to suit your needs. |
| Pre-Scored Customizable Foam |
| The entire interior is filled with pre-scored, easily removable
foam in _” by _” squares for self customization
of smaller case applications. The lid foam may be solid foam
or convoluted (egg crate) style and typically a solid 1”
piece below the Pre-Scored Customizable Foam Set. |
| Foam Filled |
| The interior of the case comes completely filled with 1”
or 2” thick sheets of foam or in one solid piece for
those special applications. |
| Foam Lining |
| Foam Lined The case comes with all sides lined with foam,
including the lid and the bottom of the case. We recommend
at least 2” of foam, but different thicknesses are available.
Best used for multiple items in one case where items are not
very fragile, i.e. tradeshow paperwork and notebooks. |

| Die-Cut Foam |
| This custom fit interior is made from a steel die formed
to your exact specifications and is cost effective for purchases
of 20 + cases that require identical foam interiors. |
| Water-Jet Cut Foam |
| The process of cutting custom fit interiors with a high
pressure water stream. The smallest details are easily cut
with great accuracy. The cavity walls are straight at full
depth unlike with the die cut method the cavity walls which
are slightly bowed. |
| Hand-Crafted Foam |
| Multiple pieces of foam laminated together to create square
or rectangular shaped cavities. We recommend at least 2”
of foam around the perimeter of the case and 1”-2”
and possibly 3” between the items depending upon their
weight and size. |

- Density: typically 2 lbs/cubic foot
- Firm dense foam.

- General use with heavier product or equipment.
Polyurethane
